Yes! We require that you verify your domain to ensure better email deliverability. During onboarding, you will receive an email from our implementation team with step by step instructions on how to verify your domain. Please send an email to support@kevy.co once you have completed these DNS verification steps, or click the live chat icon at the bottom right of the screen to speak with us directly.
