Is there a 'warm-up' period for email sending?

The warm-up period is automated. 

We want to make sure new Kevy users send the highest quality emails possible. We monitor at first to look at bounce rates. As long as your reputation remains strong, the email deliverability time speeds up. To further explain the warm-up period, take a look at this example:

Let's say you have 80,000 emails in the queue to be sent. The first 10,000 emails are sent within the first hour and monitored. If they are clean, the next 70,000 emails will be sent within the next 1-2 hours.
